Your plans are based on the Point of Service (POS) network with PHCS access. If searching for pharmacy information, select "Employer Plans" when prompted.

For those outside of the state, your Sentara Health Plans includes the PHCS national network. If you or your dependents seek care from a PHCS participating provider, then you will receive coverage at the in–network level. This may be used for retirees who live in another state or for students away at college.

Preventive Drug List

Preventive drugs are used to help you avoid developing a health condition. If your doctor prescribes a preventive prescription drug on the preventive drug list, it will be covered whether or not you have met your deductible.
