Get a Tour of the New Pharmacy and Vision Portals
Sentara Health Plans is pleased to share that we have partnered with our new pharmacy and vision vendors, ESI and VSP, to improve your secure member portal by streamlining the experience! Depending on whether your benefits include pharmacy, vision, or both, these resources are now integrated and accessible when you sign in to sentarahealthplans.com/member or the Sentara Health Plans mobile app. When you sign in, your portal will only display information relevant to your account—including your in-network eye doctors and/or pharmacies, claims history, drug costs, and more.
We have created a tutorial to guide you through the features of your new pharmacy and/or vision portal. The tutorial provides a tour of both the desktop and mobile experience and explains how to:
