COVA and TLC benefits include a lower copayment for primary care and specialist care when you seek care through a specific list of physicians.  This list includes the Sentara Quality Care Network (SQCN) as well as credentialed, in-network doctors within Riverside Health System and Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG). SQCN is a local collaborative of more than 3,500 community healthcare partners from Sentara Healthcare, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) hospital and outpatient facilities, Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), and independent practices throughout Hampton Roads.

Choose from quality doctors, hospitals, and urgent care centers that are part of your plan.

*If searching for an out of area dependent change plan to Vantage (with PHCS network access).

Find Dentists

Choose the "Choice PPO" plan to search for in-network dentists and dental care.

Find Medications

Choose the "Sentara Health Plans Open Formulary" plan to lookup covered drugs and medications that are part of your plan.
