In partnership with the Fatherhood Foundation of Virginia, Sentara Health Plans offers free fatherhood classes for members through VA Dads.

  • New Dad 101: A virtual class for new dads, by real dads, to build confidence and help men be active in their child's life before, during, and after birth.
  • ProFathering 15TM: Where dads can build pro – fathering knowledge, attitudes, and skills in an online environment. Dads can also engage visually and interactively to deliver an enjoyable user – friendly experience.
