This list includes the Sentara Quality Care Network (SQCN) as well as credentialed, in-network doctors within Riverside Health System and Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG). SQCN is a local collaborative of more than 3,500 community healthcare partners from Sentara Healthcare, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) hospital and outpatient facilities, Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), and independent practices throughout Hampton Roads.

Find Dentists
Choose the "Choice PPO" plan to search for in-network dentists and dental care.
Find Medications
Choose the "Sentara Health Plans Open Formulary" plan to lookup covered drugs and medications that are part of your plan.
