Join Sentara Health Plans Welcoming Baby and the Virginia Beach Public Library for a free New Dad 101 Session. 

This session facilitated by the Fatherhood Foundation gives men the confidence they need to be a great parent and support mom. Our participants get unedited, “real talk” info straight from experienced dads. In this class, there is no such thing as a dumb question and we still don’t have all the answers. However, once you are done, you are ready to start the greatest journey of all, fatherhood.
