Introducing Sentara Well-Being Rewards
Sentara Health Plans introduces the Sentara Well-Being Rewards program, an intentionally designed opportunity for fully insured groups to optimize the health and well-being of their workforce. We know how important health employees are to an organization. Healthy employees are happier, more resilient, and engaged, which creates better output for an organization.
Powered by our partnership with WebMD® Health Services, the Sentara Well-Being Rewards program offers a flexible and inclusive solution for fully insured employers to help their workforce join in activities that lead to better health outcomes. This voluntary incentive program is designed to attract members to participate in healthy behaviors to improve and maintain their well-being. By completing healthy activities, eligible members can earn up to $250 annually.
The member reward year correlates with each group’s renewal/enrollment effective date and members can access the Sentara Well-Being Rewards program starting with their 2024 plan effective date.
There is nothing the employer needs to do—the Well-Being Rewards program will automatically activate at the start of each groups’ 2024 renewal or contract year.
