Preventive dental gives you a $0 copay for two exams, cleanings, bitewing X-rays, and fluoride treatments every 12 months, and one full-mouth X-ray every 36 months.
The Comprehensive dental allowance can be used for services like fillings, dentures, endodontics, and extractions.
