You (the requestor) will receive an email with a copy of your submission for your records. (Please add nintex@workflowcloud.com to your email safe list/whitelist to ensure you receive this email.)
Please allow 30 business days for the requested provider information to be updated in all Optima Health systems (90 days for new provider/credentialing requests).
You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed.
After 30 days (90 for new providers), if you have not received a confirmation email and/or do not see the updated information reflected on the provider’s profile in the Optima Health directory, you may email an inquiry for status. For Provider Update status inquiries: PUStatus@sentara.com, for Credentialing (new provider) status inquiries: Optima-CredApps@sentara.com.
Please note: Status inquiries for Provider Update requests less than 30 (or 90) days old may not be responded to.
